1. Refund & Return Policy

7-Day Return Guarantee At qeemat.shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unassembled).

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as damaged or defective upon arrival. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Abu Dhabi, RAK, Fujairah & UAQ: 2 to 3 working days.

  • Remote Areas: Up to 5 working days.
